At The Home Bean, our story is as unique as the coffee we roast.

As third-generation coffee roasters, we’ve been perfecting our craft for decades, but our journey took an unexpected turn that led us to where we are today. What began as a humble family-owned coffee roasting business quickly evolved into something much more impactful. It all started when one of our passionate customers, a successful real estate agent, came to us with a simple yet powerful idea: What if we could combine the daily ritual of drinking coffee with the need for real estate agents to stay top-of-mind with their past clients? That idea sparked a transformation in our business, leading to the creation of The Home Bean.

HOW IT WORKS

Choose the pricing tier that best fits your needs based on the number of clients you want to send coffee to each month. We offer four tiers, so whether you’re looking to engage a small group or your entire client base, there’s an option for you.

Decide whether you want your clients to enjoy a unique coffee blend named after you, or if you prefer to take them on a “World of Coffee Adventure,” where they’ll receive a different single-origin coffee each month. Whichever option you choose, your brand will be prominently featured on every bag.

Provide us with your brokerage logo, headshot, and/or team logo. Our design team will craft a custom label that represents your brand. This label will undergo FDA approval, ensuring that your clients receive a professionally branded, high-quality product.

Once everything is set up, you simply provide us with the list of clients you want to send coffee to. Each month, we’ll roast, package, and ship a fresh bag of coffee to your clients, complete with your custom label. You’ll receive a monthly email template that you can personalize and send to your clients, keeping your brand in front of them both tangibly and digitally.

FAQ’S

We cover the cost of shipping within the United States. You have enough expenses these days, so let us take care of the shipping costs for you.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future so we can send our awesome Canadian friends coffee that’s better than Tim Hortons.
We use USPS for all our shipments. This choice is cost-effective, allowing us to cover your shipping costs, and time-efficient. Freshly roasted coffee needs 2-3 days to off-gas before it’s perfect for drinking. By shipping on the day we roast, your coffee arrives at your client’s doorstep just as it’s ready to enjoy.
No hidden fees, no monthly contracts. When you sign up, there’s a one-time setup fee for FDA approval and compliance for your custom label. This ensures that your coffee bags meet all necessary regulations. It’s actually pretty cool—you’re getting FDA approval to send these custom coffee bags.
We bill your tier on the first of every month. It’s simple: you pay once, and we deliver your coffee to the clients you’ve enrolled.
In the final week of each month, we send you an update listing the clients who will receive coffee in the upcoming month.
During onboarding, you’ll receive a personalized link to add clients throughout the month. New clients will receive their first bag in the next month’s shipment. To remove a client, respond to the monthly email we send in the last week confirming the delivery list.
If you exceed your allotted clients for your tier, we’ll notify you in the last week of the month. You can either remove a few clients or do nothing, and we will automatically move you up to the next tier.

If you’re not adding any new clients, it won’t take any additional time once you’re set up. If you’re adding clients, it will take about 10 minutes a month to update your list.
